Every contract now needs a licensed lawyer to clear the exact final version before anyone signs.
Added- Ironclad is now required to route exceptions and record each lawyer's clearance.
Improved- Any change to a cleared contract cancels the clearance, so the lawyer reviews it again.
Removed- Renewal and termination notices are no longer sent automatically; you and your lawyer send them.
You can now redline the other side's contract in Word and keep their original untouched.
Added- Microsoft Word as an alternative to Google Docs for drafts and redlines.
- Renewal alerts at 90/60/30 or 120/60/14 days before each notice deadline.
Improved- Redlines on the other side's paper keep the original file unchanged for comparison.
