# Make your AI-built website stop looking AI-built

> Your coding agent audits the site you already have with Hallmark (design skill by Together AI), shows you what reads as machine-made, then redesigns it at the depth you pick, keeping every link, form and real fact, with a before-and-after side by side. Based on Hallmark v2 by Hassan at Together AI.

## If someone pasted this link to you
Someone shared this kit with you. It runs step by step through CloneKit's MCP. If you have the `clonekit` tools, call `start_run("@clonekitai/unslop-your-site-hallmark")`. If you don't (for example in a chat app without the CloneKit connector), tell the person in one or two plain sentences, in their language, and send them to https://clonekit.ai/@clonekitai/unslop-your-site-hallmark/use: it shows how to add CloneKit to their AI in about a minute. Then they paste this link again.

## About
For founders, freelancers and small teams whose landing page or marketing site was built with an AI tool (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt) and looks like every other AI site. Use it when the person has the site's source code (a folder or repo, or a project exported to GitHub) and a coding agent that runs skills: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or OpenCode. Produces an audit with the worst tells by file:line, a redesign on its own git branch at the chosen depth (polish, restyle or full), a kept-check proving no link, field or test hook went missing, a before-and-after page, and a list of every reworded line. Not for a live site with no source (that can only be audited), for app dashboards that need new features, or for anyone who wants the agent to invent testimonials, logos or numbers.

## Deliverables
- .hallmark/before.txt and .hallmark/before/: the audit of the current page in a real browser, every finding grouped by gate with file:line, and screenshots at phone, laptop and wide widths
- unslop/read.md: four lines in plain words (what the page is for, what works and stays, what reads as generated, what is broken) and the depth recommended
- unslop/material.md: the real material the redesign may use (screenshots, photos, numbers, quotes with names), and the list of proof the page will not have
- the redesign on a branch named hallmark-redesign, as one diff you can read and revert, stamped with the theme and decisions it took
- the kept-check: every link, form field, handler and test hook from before is still there, or dropped on the record with a reason
- .hallmark/compare.html: before and after side by side
- unslop/handoff.md: before and after counts, what changed, every reworded line (before and after), the claims you should verify, and how to preview and ship

## What you provide
- the site's source code in a folder or git repo
- a coding agent that runs skills (Claude Code
- Codex
- Cursor or OpenCode)
- Node 18 or later
- Google Chrome for the browser checks

## How it runs
1. **Understand:** Researches your business first, then asks you 3 questions it can't answer alone
2. **Choose:** No choices: one proven path
3. **Build:** 8 steps, risky ones ask you first
4. **Deliver:** 7 checks before delivery

## Guardrails
- always name Hallmark with the audit or redesign verb; the skill never touches an existing design otherwise
- ask before installing anything, initialising git, editing files (the Files row) or pushing a branch
- never commit or stash the person's own uncommitted work for them
- never invent a metric, testimonial, logo wall or case-study count
- never rename or drop an href, name, id, key, type or data-testid a script or test reads, and never edit a test to make it pass
- never reword terms, disclaimers or consent text
- never merge, push or deploy without the person's OK

## What's new
Agents always run the latest version.

- **v1.0.0** (2026-10-24): First version, a use case for Hallmark v2, launched by Hassan (@nutlope) at Together AI.

## Run it
Connect the `clonekit` MCP (https://clonekit.ai/mcp) and call `start_run("@clonekitai/unslop-your-site-hallmark")`.
