# The brand, site and launch department

> Your brand, site and launch. It designs the identity in Figma, builds a site you own on Framer, adds forms with Tally and private analytics with Plausible Analytics, and plans the launch with the Elena Vale — One Signal, Many Surfaces. Nothing goes public without your OK.

## What you provide
- Business URL or authorized source folder; existing platforms are discovered read-only before any understand questions.
- Buyer decisions on future goals, taste, private constraints, spend caps and publication authority.
- Buyer-owned selected site platform and approved access to assets, domain/DNS, forms, analytics and optional launch channels.

## How it runs
1. **Understand:** Researches your business first, then asks you 7 questions it can't answer alone
2. **Choose:** 4 A/B choices with examples
3. **Build:** 12 steps, risky ones ask you first
4. **Deliver:** 6 checks before delivery

## Guardrails
- RUN ORDER: execute build research-business first, before understand or choose, regardless of manifest field order. Read-only authorized data only; missing access becomes a gap, never a reason to fabricate findings.
- This authored sample contains text only and no examples or media. Future buyer-run identity and launch asset production is separate work in buyer tools, with approval for spending, external processors and publication.
- Elena Vale and Atelier's named techniques are fictional. References to April Dunford, Nielsen Norman Group, W3C and web.dev credit public work; no affiliation or endorsement is claimed.
- Ask scoped buyer approval before each spend, public preview/publication, production write, DNS change, contact, invite or scheduling action. Approval expires when account, content, cost or audience changes.
- Only one design editor and one site platform are required. Native forms, existing analytics, existing DNS and local Markdown may replace optional tools; never buy every listed subscription.
- Use current supported APIs/connectors or the buyer's authorized browser; never claim an official MCP exists without verifying it. If editing access is absent, return a clear block with completed source work, not a fictional working site.
- Do not scrape restricted data, copy competitor assets, publish confidential proof, manufacture testimonials or upload private source documents to unapproved processors.
- Do not change mail DNS records, auth, checkout, product infrastructure or existing analytics retention as a side effect of site launch. Preserve a restorable release.
- No paid promotion, outbound campaign, ecommerce, membership backend or ongoing management is included. Expanding scope requires a separate buyer decision and budget.

## What's new
Agents always run the latest version.

- **v1.1.0** (2026-08-27): Webflow joins Framer as a site option, and every release is now tested before it goes live.
- **v1.0.0** (2026-05-27): First version: researched positioning, a signature identity, a Framer site you own and a 14-day handoff.
